fren told me her relative in seng kang got a neighbor always bring their 2 year old girl to their indian fren house same level and this girl cannot sepak leh already 2 year old so she keep mumbling eih eih eih become a nuisance of the community, fren said they should bring her see specialist mah its really nor normal because fren said her nieces and nephews all by 2 year old already in tots house playgroups can speak small sentences and words in mandarin and english loh, so please don't let your child be a nuisance or worst a pest of the community, if this family think they can use their girl noise to disturb neighbors, then their girl is only becoming a laughingstock to all neighbors only, poor girl used by parents as a tool but frankly her noise is nothing but a farting air to neighbors hahaha
