This PAP MP should be fined the equivalent to those caught littering by NEA on the streets. Where are the NEA officers? Can the Parliament staff please report to NEA and get them to go to Parliament to catch this litterbug MP littering in Parliament.

About an hour later, I checked to see if the wrapper was still there, this time I think I saw 2 wrappers instead! So maybe that’s why camera phones are not allowed in the public gallery!"

Don't believe, next time you go to Parliament gallery like this Choong Yong, and throw a tissue paper on the floor. See whether they come after you.
