I have some questions about listed companies in S'pore for discussion among those interested.

1. How do you feel when a company you have shares in goes for a rights issue?

2. What are the benefits of bonus issues, from both the company and the shareholder's perspective?

3. What is the main reason for small companies going for an IPO in the SG market?

4. How much does a company's level of debt influence your decision to buy or sell the stock?

Any other questions or comments are most welcome.

companies going for rights are actually begging shareholders for money....if not cant expand or survive.

that means their existing biz is not generating enuff cash=lousy mgmt or company..
