Dear Mr. Low & People of Singapore
Hougang people will be happy to see you win Aljunied GRC, at least. To them, they will share the joy of your victory and thus strengthen the heart of men despite all ungentlemanly obstacles PAP has created for your team and the voters.
We cannot count on pro-PAP main stream media such as Mediacorp or SPH for support on fair election campaign. Thus we hope your letter can be similarly addressed to all GRCs in Singapore and urge Singaporeans, of their respective GRCs, to support the opposition parties contesting there. Every vote the opposition received, is a vote to bring our national interest forward. Every vote PAP took from you, will dilute Singaporeans interest and devalue our pink citizenship. This is Singapore, not foreign guest hotel that PAP tried to sell in fanciful name which PAP called it a million dollar estate upgrading master plan. Singaporeans are not on par with Permanent Residents and no statistics should lump us together as one people of Singapore. We need accountability and transparency in this respect. 2.3 million voters and we have 6.5 million populations planned by PAP and they think we were daft that foreigners occupy less percentage than our true borned Singaporeans.
Opposition voice is the true voice of the people. We have had enough and lived too long under PAP candidates who on the pretense of helping the people during election but ended up serving themselves after the election.
The first world parliament or government is a government that will not threaten the people via estate upgrading or freaky event when you question their policies. They should listen and not just hear the poeple. This is a clear answer to the PAP skepticsim about what it meant to be first world parliament.
There is indeed a national issue that PAP chose to ignore by telling you they know best and their intelligence level is better than the people they served. We pay them millions to create the problems and now they wanted us to pay for their solutions via several hikes.
In the last 5 years more problems were created by them without wanting to give the people a concrete solution. They dodged our questions, blamed the people and negatively branded Singaporeans in a manner we were not proud of despite showing the highest amount of work and time Singaporeans put in to build this nation, at the expense of lower fertility rate which PAP again, fault the people.
Many pro-pap voters were kept in the dark or prefer to attain their selfish interest at the expenses of many Singaporeans who wanted betterment for this country.
Now that we are nearing the polling day, PAP manifesto hinted on maintaining status quo (which I assumed including many unsolved national issues at hand). Thus the people should know the next 5 years will not be easy or even tougher to trot. The old trend is written on PAP new faces, the old guards are making intimidating speeches that disregard everything else. Do you trust PAP will deliver their promise to help the people after their dismal record in the last 5 years?
Stop procrastinating, change has to be now or never! Vote wisely.
