I was a regional manager and had travelled to many countries around the world. Everywhere I went, I had seen injustice, inequality, poverty and suffering. While Singapore is not perfect, it is far more perfect than any of the countries I have visited. To this day I can still feel the pride I felt when I recite the National Pledge. ------CHEE KIM TIAN
