Do you think a time will come one day when they decide to try and legislate emotion? When how you feel becomes a crime when they don't like the way you feel or how you feel about certain people?
It seems that almost all actions or inactions, words spoken or unspoken are being legislated.
I used to think that when you threaten someone, perhaps by saying "I will kill you", that constitutes a threat and an offence.
But it seems now that whatever you say, as long as it makes the other person feel "uncomfortable", can be deemed to be a threat.
Perhaps you shout at a person "Ok, well done!" and stare with blazing eyes, does this constitute a threat and a crime?
If it does, are we that much closer to legislating emotion?
