Laterly I have seen many advertisment about legal loan for home seller. They offer to all including low income, bankruptcy...

Some even run by property agent. There are doing this in order to get a deal to sell your house and charge you 10% PER MONTH interest plus selling commission.

Some not property agent but work with lawyer to get a deal to do the selling of the house.

Some just by their own and charge 20% PER MONTH interest.

This is legalize AH LONG !

I wonder all AH LONG now set up a legal credit company to do all these ??

This is nothing new, it has been in the market for decades, they can offer you loan even before the occupation period is up but you signed a "exclusive right to sell" to them & of course with interest and commision spell out in the documents. There are plenty more tactic the creative agent can think off.
