Laws that bite in USA

Compared with administration of criminal justice in USA, this country is miles ahead of sinkie land. A first world country? Sinkie land today is more like bushland country in Africa where criminals are not really punished.
This is how USA punish the offenders .... a real punishment with laws that bite to deter crimes ...

Alexandria Leanne Turner from Sioux Falls in South Dakota, has been charged with one count of first degree rape, three counts of sexual contact with a child younger than 16 and three counts of sexual exploitation, as reported by the Argus Leader.

If convicted, Ms Turner faces life prison plus up to 15 years for each sexual contact charge, and an additional two years for each charge of sexual exploitation...

In sinkie land, charges against an offender are taken into consideration when imposing a sentence. 15 years fo each charge ... this is now offenders are really punished effectively. Taken into consideration? It looks more like child's play in punishing offenders with jelly laws.

But drug crimes are not really punished at all. Caught with heroine? Slap on the wrist and you are back on the street.

Try living in a big city in US and witness the crime shit fest there. US is no country to envy for criminal justice.
