Peasantpore: Senior Minion of State for Educational Propoganda, Lawlan Wong, has exhorted peasants to treat foreigners, especially the Ang Mohs and Nihons as feudal lords.
Lawlan Wong knew Ruler Loong's comments at the State of Regime Speech about being big-hearted peasants never struck a chord with peasants.

He said he usually turn a deaf ear to peasant residents complaining about their uncouth foreign neighbours.
For example, there were complaints of uncouth foreigners throwing rubbish or cigarette ash from their balcony windows, and the somehow grassroots lackeys were able to convince peasants that the culprits are not foreigners but local peasants.
Some peasant residents have suggested wasting monies to install CCTVs to enforce good behaviour. The monies can be put to better use like block parties to welcome foreigners.
But Lawlan Wong said that ultimately, it is up to peasants themselves to decide how they want to behave and what kind of peasants they want to be but they should treat high ranking ang mohs and nihons like feudal lords. If the peasants wants to misbehave and start calling Ruler Loong names, what is Lawlan going to do?
