In addition, every female applicant for Sinkie citizenship has to be "closely examined" and screwed by a true-blue Sinkie male who has completed NS. This is in order to boost our dwindling population numbers and also as a form of NS for the new Sinkapore Girl.
There will be a roster of Sinkie males drawn up for doing this duty to the nation, similar to recall or mobilization.
