The advertisement may look like a Comedy but the hidden message is targeting Chinese to stop spitting and throwing rubbish.

Why NEA has to shame Chinese this way?华人不羞自己同胞.:o

Spit fine $300 and throw rubbish fine $150. Singapore is a clean city I agree but is it necessary to "use" a Chinese speaking with a China's accent to teach them how to keep this country clean?
