How the PAP govt fucks over the people, summarized succinctly in one paragraph:

For the past few years, residents of Rochor Centre had been enduring construction works of the nearby Downtown Line Bugis MRT Station, thinking that it would benefit them when completed. With Downtown Line Stage 1 due to be operational by 2013, it seems that the residents would only get to enjoy it for 3 years at most.

Very sad indeed. I will never understand the mindset here that allows something like Bukit Brown to be destroyed for a road.

I suggest to go have a walk in Bukit Brown instead of watching some video only.
