Bought this dinosaur from Amazon 3 years ago.

I only need to use it for
1. Emails
2. Writing reports
3. Accessing Facebook

But seems like I cannot open more than 1 application at a time and it seems like I cannot install anything else due to low memory.

I'm quite comfortable with this laptop and therefore, do not want to get a new one.

Any suggestions to save this laptop?

32Gb seems too low for storage capacity. The OS itself already takes up a large chunk of storage.

Suggestion, just upgrade and install an SSD, cheap one is 50 to 80 dollars, memory can be changed easily. can also buy one line, but you must open it up and find the model number of the memory

from Carousell or Gumtree.

Unfortunately, does not qualify for both grants.

Both the Lenovo and Surface Book option looks good.

Suggest you get another used cheap laptop with upgrading options. Yours does not support additional memory.
