I had noticed these over the past 2 weeks:

a) PRC tries to buy newpaper at 7-11 store manned by a female Indian National. The PRC tries to pay with exact coins which has a Malaysia ten cents. Cashier tries to tell the PRC that the ten-cents coin is unacceptable but was unable to convey the message properly due to language barrier. PRC got angry and started shouting at cashier. Another male Indian national customer tried to intervene but because of language barrier, started arguing with each other. The matter was only resolved when a sinkie steps in and explain the matter to the involved parties in language that they understand.

b) PRC man get angry after waiting for 2 hours to see a doctor at the A&E. He tries to get explaination from the staff but most are foreigners and no Chinese and therefore language barrier again. He flared up and it was only resolved when the pharmacist who happened to be a Sinkie Chinese talks to the PRC.

your eyepower very powerful :D

What's even more troubling is the fact that the rest of the English speaking world can't understand a word of the sinkie gibberish.

(a) Just take the coin and say "Malaysia" and another coin and say "Singapore."

(b) Just point at the queue number and others also in waiting.

fuck the PRC.

KNN, always try to jump queue & be unreasonable...the same boorish behaviour is prevalent in China - likewise in Singapore.
