<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->WE REFER to last Friday's letter by Mr Antony Alex ('Marsiling block worse off after lift upgrading') concerning the frequent breakdown of Lift D at Block 128 Marsiling Rise.
Majority of the breakdowns in the last six months were caused by objects being inserted into the door sill, thus causing the lift to stop functioning.
Two persons suspected of inserting the objects were detained and handed over to the police. In addition, we are also working closely with the lift company to minimise breakdowns that are of a technical nature.
We thank Mr Alex for his valuable feedback. He can contact us on 6368-3100 if he needs further assistance.
