" data-reactid="11">南韓平昌冬季奧運今天開幕，北韓最高領導人金正恩的胞妹金與正將隨高層代表團於今天下午抵達仁川機場。南韓總統府發言人昨日表示，總統文在寅將於明天（十日）接見包括金與正和北韓名義國家元首金永南在內的北韓代表團並共進午餐。

金與正將成為韓戰結束以來，首位造訪南韓的北韓統治家庭成員，兩韓大破冰意味濃厚。南韓媒體盛傳，金與正可能捎來金正恩的親筆信。倘若屬實，南韓將根據信函內容，考慮派遣特使訪問北韓。

被問及文在寅是否將同金與正另行舉行會談時，青瓦台高層表示，雙方正就此進行討論。該人士還表示，文在寅與金永南會晤的正式名稱尚未敲定，可能不會使用「峰會」，但將提供元首級的禮賓待遇。就文在寅接見北韓高官團時是否會提出舉行兩韓領袖峰會的提問，高層回答目前言之過早。

北韓冬奧高官團將出席九日舉行的平昌冬奧開幕式，名義上的北韓國家元首金永南是團長，開幕當天將出席文在寅為各國領袖級外賓舉辦的招待會，與美國團長副總統潘斯共處一室。

潘斯已於八日抵達南韓，文在寅在歡迎潘斯的儀式上表示，美國堅定的原則對促使北韓重啟兩韓對話及參加平昌冬奧發揮積極作用，韓方將藉由平昌冬奧力爭把北韓拉回無核化的對話桌，強調在此過程中韓美「合作無間」最為關鍵。

曾批評文在寅對北韓讓步太多的潘斯則指出，美韓議題中最重要的是半島無核化，美方將同南韓一起致力讓北韓以不可逆轉的方式放棄核武與飛彈計畫。潘斯強調，美國守護同盟的意志堅定不動搖。

金與正是統治北韓三代的金家首位訪問南韓的代表，在與文在寅會晤的同時，各界更關注美國與北韓有無可能在冬奧期間會晤。

北韓外交部官員趙鏞三宣稱北韓從未也不會乞求與美會談，但未排除雙方會面可能性。潘斯八日離開日本時也沒把話說死：「無論是非正式會晤或會談，與北韓接觸的可能性也許存在，我們將靜觀其變。」

日本經濟新聞分析，雖然美國允許兩韓在冬奧期間展開對話，但仍透過在北韓周邊部署戰略性武器等舉動加強施壓。此次北韓「破格」派出能夠直接向金正恩進言的金與正訪韓，目的是彰顯南北和解氛圍，同時還有讓國際社會放鬆對北韓施壓的意圖。

但專家認為，金與正無法提高北韓與美國在冬奧期間（九日至廿五日）進行建設性互動的可能性，南韓城南大學政治系教授金根植表示：「由於北韓與美國對於如何解決北核問題的立場並未改變，雙方在冬奧場邊會談的機率微乎其微。」
