This woman was caught on CCTV throwing a piece of floor tile nine storeys down at a block in Teck Whye Lane.

A STOMPer, who apparently set up the CCTV, said in an email to STOMP yesterday (May 9):

"A very fast way to get rid of my floor tile from the 9th storey."
