Kelantan's Tengku Fakhry detained: report

Kelantan prince Tengku Muhd Fakhry Petra was detained last night along with several of the Kelantan Sultan Tuanku Ismail Petra's body guards and two doctors, a local daily reported today.

According to the Malay-language Kosmo newspaper, Tengku Fakhry was detained by a team of police officers and members of the Special Actions Unit minutes after leaving the royal palace in Kubang Kerian, Kota Bharu in Kelantan about 7.30pm.

警方拦车逮捕三王子查枪击案
丹苏丹后控诉遭牛般粗暴对待

吉兰丹王室权力斗争如今出现白热化趋势，吉兰丹三王子东姑法克立（Tengku Muhd Fakhry Petra，右图）昨晚遭到警方逮捕和盘问。据悉，警方这次行动跟早前王宫警卫枪击案有关。

《马来邮报》报道，警方这次的行动可能跟早前的一名王宫守卫在道北（Tumpat）遭不明男子枪击有关。

这名守卫是50岁的南利（Ramli Mohamed）是吉兰丹州摄政王的保镖，他在5月2日遭人近距离开了4枪，其中一枪击中胸部。

该报道也指出，警方相信这起枪击案跟一宗企图刺杀摄政王东姑法立兹（Tengku Faris）的阴谋有关，而南利所以被枪击，是因为他知道这项阴谋。

车队甫离开王宫就遭警拦截

根据《Kosmo》报道，东姑法克立是昨晚7点半，离开位于哥打峇鲁的吉兰丹皇宫之际，遭到一组警察和警方特别行动部队的成员逮捕，连同被捕的还有丹州苏丹的数名保镖和两名医生。

当时，东姑法克立跟丹州苏丹依斯迈（Ismail Petra）和苏丹后东姑阿尼斯（Tengku Anis Tengku Abdul Hamid）的车队才离开皇宫不到50米，就被警方人员所拦下。

警方不曾告知为何逮捕盘问

东姑法克告诉《马来邮报》说，他昨晚较后获得警方释放。

他也透露，自己被迫在警察局呆了超过4个小时，不过警方在盘问他的过程，始终没有告诉他自己为何被逮捕。

他表示，不能够理解为何警方要针对他之前的记者会，而逮捕和盘问他。根据《马新社》，东姑法克立在昨天下午召开记者会，宣称要把在3月3日甫返回吉兰丹的父王，再度带到新加坡求医。

所租用私人飞机遭拒绝降陆

为此，东姑法克立租用了一架私人飞机，不过该飞机后来却遭吉兰丹机场拒绝降陆。

东姑法克也指出，他和他保镖的手枪在警方拦截车队之际，都遭到警方没收。

此外，苏丹的两名医生、一名物理治疗师和8名保镖也同时被捕。直到今天中午，他们仍在警察局内。

东姑法克立与摄政王争王位

东姑法克立正与其大哥摄政王东姑法立兹争夺苏丹王位的继承权。摄政王在去年9月将法克立从继承理事会（council of succession）除名，而后者则在12月中兴讼，挑战其胞兄决定是否合法。

61岁的苏丹依斯迈在去年5月中风入院，无法视事，因此在2009年5月25日委任东姑法立兹成为摄政王。

苏丹膝下有三名儿子和一名女儿。东姑法立兹是长子，而东姑法克立是排行第三，是最小的儿子。

苏丹后宣称遭警方粗暴待遇

另一方面，跟三王子站在同一阵线的苏丹后东姑阿尼斯宣称，她遭到警方的“像对待牛般”的粗暴待遇。

她今天早上通过电话向《马来邮报》指出，昨晚他们甫离开王宫，欲前往彭加兰浙巴（Pengkalan Chepa）机场时，警方拦下他们的车队逮捕东姑法克立，也对她十分无礼和动粗，“像牛那样拉我”，企图将她带到警察局。

突袭警方将苏丹硬送入医院

“当警方突袭我们时，我们都吓坏了。他们冲向我们的车，并且粗暴地把苏丹架走，导致情况一片混乱。”

“苏丹不断告诉我，他要返回王宫，但是他们（警方）却快速地把他送到理大医院。”

“他们把我从车里拉出来，同时将我推来推去，就连到了医院也是如此，当苏丹在电梯内要被送到病房时，他们将我猛推入电梯。”

苏丹后不敢离开医院怕被捕

苏丹后告诉《马来邮报》，警方随后更拒绝让她进入位于8楼的病房陪伴苏丹，她因此被迫睡在病房外的地上过夜。不过，较后她成功进入病房，并且将自己反锁在里头。

她也宣称，一旦她离开医院，警方将会逮捕她。询及何故警方要盘问他，她却只回答说，“我不知道，我就是不知道……”。

在此同时，丹州苏丹代表律师哈兹比莱（Mohd Haaziq Pillay）和哥宾星也在今早抵达理大医院，并且要求当局让苏丹出院。

哈兹比莱指出，一旦他们无法让苏丹出院，他们将向吉隆坡高庭申请人身保护令。

According to Malaysia Kini, prince arrested and detained for statement for 4 hours and then released. The queen was together with prince and sultan when police intercepted royal motorcade and king was taken by mata to hospital.

Apparently king might be sick and dying and prince is trying to take throne from other potential successor, thus the shooting. There was a private hired plane hied by prince that had been refused landing at Kelantan airport. Seemingly the queen and prince were together trying to take sick and dying king out of the country.

But mata stopped that and took the king to hospital disallowed queen to get to him.

Beside arresting prince, 8 royal body guards and 3 royal medical person (2 doctors) were also arrested and disarmed by mata, their guns all confiscated.

This prince is the one in the same scandal as raped his young model wife & bullied mother in law etc.
