Those carps were from PRC. It was somehow introduced into the river system and now thriving in it.
The local fishes will be extinct soon.

Old news. No retriction on hunting or fishing that flying carp.
Very soon it will take over US river.

aliens invasion into a different kind of ecology. that's why, don't ever discard ur overgrown terrapins in our nature reserve. they shall thrive and proliferate as there is no natural enemies to keep them in check. such alien invasion shall upset and disturb the fragility of our natural ecology.
