Jurong Town Council Suffering From Complacency

Jurong Town Council have this bochap attitude even though it was alerted by residents since early Oct. Are the Town Council managers too busy with structured product investments, rather that taking care of the estate? WTF do we have all these property officers and grassroots leaders for? Take salary and sleep on the job?

Town Council ignores broken notice board

STOMPer David observed that the broken notice board in his block remained unfixed even though the Town Council was informed about it several times since last October.

David said:

"The damaged notice board is located between the ground floor lifts of Block 207, Jurong East Street 21. It has been damaged since early October this year.

"The town council has been informed and after some time, a crumpled plastic cover is taped over the broken glass panel. This made the notices unreadable.

"The 'quick action' is taking too long in spite of the several phone calls from the concerned residents.

"Is this cost-cutting to the extreme or just a plain inaction from the person-in-charge? They may as well remove the entire notice board down if the town council is unable to maintain it."

Jurong East St 21, this Town Council is run by Brain Dead Staff. When I was there donkey years ago in one of the particular block, the side staircase had been constantly used as public toilet. I made several complains to the Town Council but these morons just get the cleaners to clean the stairs.

When I queried about a more permanent solution, these morons told me that nothing could be done. When I suggested installing camera to nab or shame the culprits, I just got a cursory reply of "will look into it". Till today, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Occasionally, when I go back to visit my friend, the constant stench is still there !!

To think that Sinkies still vote for such LOBO, Lazy Old BOstards, is beyond my comprehension !!
