I already said this many times. Najib sabotaged those china developers by creating barriers for ch8na and sinkie buyers by
A) making it expensive to cross the border. Making it difficult for china visitors to come in by imposing visa restrictions.
b) increasing minumum price foreigners can buy a home from RM500k to RM1 mil. Most developers tsrget tgeir selling orice at RM600k. Too expensive for locals as at this price they prefer landed properties, but just good enough for foreign buyers,
It was badawi who created the "iskandar" phenomena which got sinkies and china developers excited.
The weird thing was, when najib snd zahid imposed these conditions, there was no protest from jiu hu state gomen.
