FT workers will bear the brunt, leaving singaporeans jobs. What does that mean? So if there is no recession , singaporeans will be jobless? So downturn is good for the locals?? Whichever way, on the ground, local singaporeaans will be the likely victims because they have high HDB loans, RT (NS) is served, they will need more money to survive. During downturn, companies will go for cheaper naturalised citizens or foreigners to stay afloat.
I think the old Lee is sickly old, he needs to rest or just step out of this circle where he is out of date and stop drawing his sky-high salary. The more he talks, the more people will hate him and belittling his useless son.
Dogs and those who enjoying the high pensions will of course rubberstamping his old idea will eventually destroying singapore fast.
if old lee continues to do the PM jobs, it is not a shame for Lee Hsien loong to step down sooner.
