It's because Chinese dont eat it that much. Of Chinese eat these than Prices will be lower.

On the contrary, I don't eat much meat. I'm more a fish and seafood guy. As for red meat, I would generally go for pork, beef, venison. Don't like mutton or lamb (taste too strong) unless it's done Indian style - Mysore mutton, rogan josh
