Now it's Xu XiangDong's turn.
The way LBW is running the table tennis outfit, our Olympic standard team's morale is destined to be ruined.
Remember how cocky Sg was when we were the reigning champions of Squash in SE Asia with great players like Zainal Abidin & Peter Hill?
At that time, who would have thought poor planning & management would cripple that sport here over the next few decades?
Something is seriously wrong inside STTA - from leadership to recruitment to HR & operations.
Are we flushing good taxpayers monies down the drain with LBW at the helm?

ANOTHER disgruntled China coach aired his frustrations with the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA) yesterday.
Youth coach Xu Xiangdong, whose services were terminated last month after a lengthy review by the association, has demanded a public apology from the national sports association for comments made by STTA honorary secretary Soon Min Sin regarding his coaching capabilities and professionalism.
"I plan to go to the Singapore Sports Council (SSC) and Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) to complain about them," the 50-year-old told the media at a press conference lasting an hour 45 minutes at a Holland Village coffeehouse.
The former youth coach departs for Shanghai tonight, and plans to send his letter via registered mail to the SSC and MCYS Senior Parliamentary Secretary Teo Ser Luck.
"I want an apology from them in the newspapers," he said. "The comments made about my abilities as a coach, not being able to manage the team and my professionalism have soiled my reputation.
"I want justice and let everyone know that what has been said about me in some newspaper reports are not true."
When contacted for their response, an STTA spokesperson told TODAY: "As far as we are concerned, the case is closed. We want to concentrate on training our team to the next level, and focus all our efforts and energy on grooming young talent."
Xu did not rule out taking legal action against the STTA, saying: "I've spoken to a lawyer, but it's not something I'm considering at the moment. I won't rule it (suing for defamation) out yet, but I'll have to see how this develops."
Xu joined the STTA as its national youth coach last October, and guided the paddlers to a bronze medal in the mixed team event at the recent Asian Youth Games.
Three months ago, former head coach Liu Guodong was incensed when STTA president Lee Bee Wah cited his lack of professionalism, integrity and respect from players as reasons for not nominating him for the annual Coach of the Year award, although he had a hand in steering the national women's team to an Olympic silver last August - Singapore's first since the 1960 Rome Games.
Liu has demanded an explanation and apology from Lee, and the matter remains unresolved.
