ITIL & PMP Courses

I was contemplating on perusing either an ITIL certification of a PMP sometime within the next 6 months, does anyone has any local experiences with the above mentioned courses?

What is the market price & duration for such courses, any good schools accredited to recommend?

I noticed that both NTU and SIM conduct PMP courses on a 3 day basis while some other private schools conduct them on a 5 day basis, what is the difference?

Also, there doesn't seem to be much information on ITIL certification locally, greatly appreciated if anyone could provide me with more information.
