ISO 9001 is based upon eight quality principles, which are defined in:
ISO 9000:2005, Quality management systems Fundamentals and vocabulary
ISO 9004:2009 Managing for the Sustained Success of an organization
These are timeless ideas which will help you align your party with all of your stakeholders: voters, government and non government agencies & party members. Here is a summary of the Eight Principles, along with some supporting information on how to apply it to your party.

Principle 1: Voter Focus
Political Party depends on their voters and therefore should understand current and future voter needs, should meet voter requirements and strive to exceed voter expectations.
Do you carefully review your voter requirements?
How do you know if your voters are satisfied?

Principle 2: Leadership
Leaders establish unity of purpose and direction of the Political Party. They should create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving the political party objectives.
The captain guides the ship, and likewise Central Executive Committee has a responsibility to embrace these principles and your quality system.
Specifically, your political party leadership should hold management review meetings to keep your QMS (and party) running smoothly.

Principle 3: Involvement of people
People at all levels are the essence of political party and their full involvement enables their abilities to be used for the political party benefit.
ISO requires training to ensure party members have the tools they need to do their job and contribute to the success of your political party.
In order for people to support your quality initiatives, they must understand them. We recommend a member overview of ISO 9001.

Principle 4: Process approach
A desired result is achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process.
A process is a set of activities that uses resources to transform inputs into outputs. Every political party is made up of a series of interacting processes.
______________________________________________________
Principle 5: System approach to management
“Identifying, understanding and managing an interrelated process”; as a system to contribute for the political party effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its objectives.
This is especially important when auditing. If you only audit "within" a process, you may not consider the impact on other processes.

Principle 6: Continual improvement
Continual improvement of the political party overall performance should be a permanent objective of the political party.
Auditing your QMS and improving your processes is a key requirement of ISO 9001.
____________________________________________________
Principle 7: Factual approach to decision making
Effective decisions are based on the analysis of data and information
It is important to make a correction, and take corrective and preventive action.
Root Cause Analysis is good way to determine the problem
____________________________________________________
Principle 8: Mutually beneficial government agencies and non government organizations relationships.
A political party and its government and non government organizations are interdependent and a mutually beneficial relationship enhances the ability of both to create value.
Can you trust your government and non government organizations?
Must you inspect everything?

Conclusion
Alternative political party shall have their own non government council to serve their voters as their political supplier role. Hence, this is because not every political party has their own government office (Town Council, Community Development Council, Cabinet Office, NCMP and MP office) to serve their voters. I proposed Prime Minister Office nominate an Alternative Political Party Council for serving our voter. This will make Singapore a democratic society.
