Serious is wickedness considered ethcially wrong?

recently, i was reading about ethics and legal. for sure, wickedness is not bound by legal but can it be considered incorrect ethics as morally wrong?

religion is partly responsible for the way that one behave. it's not ethical morally to harbour wicked intention. i know of pple who are born with this trait, no religion can change them.
