Mad hatter was one of the worst things to ever happen to jiuhu. He championed the apartheid system in jiuhu today that polarised the country using race and religion.

Malaysians will never accept someone who kan kar chng before to be their PM

Anwar's reputation already dragged through the m&d ( no pun intended )

A deal is a deal. Making a deal must be sincere. This is called integrity.

From day one he has no intention to hand over reins. This bunch of crooks come together just to have power. It’s like fuck first and worry about STD later.
Anwar thinking Mahathir will die soon. Mahathir thinking of setting up his son. The rest of the goons just want to start greasing their palms. They know without the old man they have no chance.
It’s just a bunch of crooks making use of each other.

Leaked recording of Bersatu supreme council meet suggests party never decided to quit Pakatan | Malay Mail

KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 — An audio recording purportedly of the Bersatu Supreme Council meeting prior to the February political crisis has emerged, with its content contradicting the official narrative that the party officially decided to leave Pakatan Harapan.

A source from Bersatu authenticated the clip when contacted by Malay Mail.

“The clip is genuine, but it does not contain the whole meeting,” said the source who refused to comment further or be identified.

In the recording, a senior party leader is heard telling the supreme council that Bersatu chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has the authority to decide whether to withdraw from PH or adopt alternative measures.

Bersatu supreme council member Datuk A Kadir Jasin has commented on the recording by saying it showed Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin failed to abide by the council’s position when he took part in the so-called “Sheraton Move” orchestrated by former PKR deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali.

Kadir also posted a transcript of the recording on Facebook, which highlighted the recorded Bersatu leader urging the supreme council to place their trust in Dr Mahathir’s wisdom and give him time to consult with them prior to his decision.

“It is clear that the supreme council meeting on February 23 has not yet decided to leave PH. But that night the ‘Sheraton Movement’ was executed in violation of the decision from the Bersatu supreme council meeting that Muhyiddin himself concluded.

“On his part, Dr Mahathir appealed for time and not to be forced into violating his principles and breaching his promise to PH,” Kadir wrote.

“But for Muhyiddin and his supporters, the February 23 meeting was merely to inform the plan that he and Mohamed Azmin Ali had agreed with the Opposition (BN and PAS).”

Kadir, who was the media adviser to Dr Mahathir when the latter was still the prime minister, also claimed Muhyiddin’s decision cost Bersatu its power and influence.

He claimed that while Muhyiddin was nominally the prime minister heading the Perikatan Nasional government, Bersatu was now the subject of PAS and Umno’s ridicule.

“And Muhyiddin betrayed the good work that he agreed to and performed during the Pakatan Harapan (administration),” he said.

The clip also dovetailed with disputed Bersatu secretary-general Datuk Marzuki Yahya's previous remarks, in which he insisted the party leadership never decided to quit PH or endorse Muhyiddin as its candidate to be prime minister.

Marzuki also challenged Bersatu information chief Radzi Jidin to demonstrate where the party decided on both matters, after the latter warned party leaders not to go against the party’s official stand.

Radzi previously claimed that it was decided during the February 23 meeting that Bersatu would leave PH and that Dr Mahathir initially supported this before recanting at the last minute.

On the night of February 23, Azmin, Muhyiddin and other lawmakers aligned with them joined party leaders from Umno and PAS in an event dubbed the Sheraton Move that signalled the collapse of PH.

After a week of uncertainty and political intrigue, Muhyiddin emerged as the unexpected victor in what was initially thought to be a power struggle between Dr Mahathir and PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Yesterday, two PKR state assemblymen left the party and pledged their support for the Perikatan Nasional government.

They and four Bersatu state assemblymen paved the way for Kedah state government to become the fourth PH led state since February to fall after Johor, Perak and Melaka.

The current mentri besar of Kedah is Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir, the son of Dr Mahathir and the deputy president of Bersatu.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 12 — Two Kedah PKR defectors who earlier today announced their departure from the party are staring at possible lawsuits that could compel them to compensate the party RM10 million each after an apparent breach of contract, said Datuk Johari Abdul.

The Kedah PKR chief was quoted in a Malaysiakini report as saying both defectors — namely Lunas assemblyman, Azman Nasrudin, and Sidam assemblyman, Robert Ling Kui Ee — were liable for the RM10 million fine after having signed an agreement aimed at preventing party hopping.

“They have sworn and signed a document where, if they were to leave and jump parties, they will have to pay PKR RM10 million per person over the betrayal they have committed today.

“So to them, be ready to face this situation because it is what you have promised to the people,” Johari was quoted as saying in the report.

This comes after Azman and Ling both formally left the party through a press conference earlier today, with both later declaring themselves independents and their support for Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s leadership under the Perikatan Nasional (PN) administration.

Johari, according to the same report today, also took a swipe at the duo, reminding them how they have betrayed the rakyat whom he said would surely be enraged as both were only elected because of their capacities as representatives of PKR, and not on their own merits and strengths.

He asserted that the duo, by defecting, had put their interests ahead of the peoples’ and abandoned PKR and its fight for the people.

Johari added how he was not surprised at the move by the duo, noting how Azman and Ling have previously been seen being friendly with former PKR deputy president, fellow defector and supposed catalyst behind the fall of Pakatan Harapan (PH), Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali.

Kedah Opposition chief Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor earlier today announced that PN had amassed the numbers to form a new state government, with 23 assemblymen, including Azman and Ling, effectively ending the reign of Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir and PH in the state.

LANGKAWI, May 13 — Kuah and Ayer Hangat assemblymen from Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) last night confirmed that they have lost confidence in Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir’s leadership and are giving their support to the formation of the new state government.

Speaking to Bernama, Ayer Hangat assemblyman Juhari Bulat said the move was to stay aligned with the Bersatu leadership at the federal government level.

“The decision was also made so that we at the state level could work alongside the President Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who is also the Prime Minister as we want to follow the federal level leadership,” he told Bernama.

Juhari, who is also Kedah State Assembly deputy speaker said his decision had the support of the grassroots in the Ayer Hangat state constituency.

In a separate statement, Mohd Firdaus, in explaining his decision, said the question of party hopping does not arise, adding that he was merely sticking with Bersatu’s central leadership.

“Do not be confused or deceived into thinking that we four Bersatu assemblymen have left or hopped to another party. We are still part of Bersatu, but choose to follow the path and directives of the current president,” he said.

The real trouble maker is Azmin. It's sad that Anwar never got rid of him earlier.

Azmin takes swipe at Selangor’s new CMCO regulations, includes veiled attack on MB | Malay Mail

KUALA LUMPUR, May 12 — Shots have been fired by Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, presumably aimed at his successor Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari through a cryptic tweet posted by the former earlier today.

The tweet, which was posted at around 8pm today, comes hours after the Selangor government announced relaxed regulations for public eateries and social activities, with the contents of Azmin’s tweet bearing unmistakable references related to the state’s leader, its announcement and press release.

Managing to squeeze in as many subtle references as he could, Azmin’s tweet included references to Amirudin’s nickname, his state legislative constituency in Sungai Tua, while managing to include socially popular fictional character Mak Cik Kiah of Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin speech’s fame.

“Mak Cik Kiah has to suffer in Sungai Tua waiting for over a week to get permission to eat in a restoren,” he said in his tweet, referring to a probable typo in the Selangor state government’s circular today that had spelt the Malay word for restaurant as restoren.

“Mak Cik Kiah will adhere to the MOH (Health Ministry’s) SOPs which are comprehensive and strict to ensure the health and safety of visitors at Wak Mir’s Restoren. Let’s eat,” read his tweet.

Azmin was referring to Amirudin’s nickname, Wak Mir, as he is dubbed by state residents.

The animosity is presumably in response to the Selangor government finally relaxing regulations within the state, namely allowing dine-in and certain sports activities to begin tomorrow, more than a week after the federal government implemented relaxed regulations under the conditional movement control order (MCO).

Azmin’s tweet, however, has been on the receiving end of pushback and criticism from fellow social media users, with many questioning his integrity as a leader by making such postings.

Selangor and several other states have resisted implementing the relaxed rules allowed under the conditional MCO before their announcement today.

Azmin was Selangor mentri besar for two terms before he was made economic affairs minister under the Pakatan Harapan government, before allegedly masterminding their collapse.

The Gombak MP is now a senior minister and the international trade and industry minister under the Perikatan Nasional government.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 12 — In the event of a no-confidence motion being tabled in the upcoming Parliament sitting, Barisan Nasional (BN) today declared its support for Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to remain in the post.

In a statement, BN also announced that it is now officially a four-party coalition consisting of Umno, MCA, MIC, and Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS).

The statement pointed out how BN, who currently hold the biggest bloc among within the government with 43 MPs, will continue to unconditionally support the leadership of Muhyiddin as the eight prime minister.

“BN will continue supporting the Perikatan Nasional government under the leadership of the prime minister.

“In the event a motion of no-confidence is tabled, a resolution has been made that all BN Parliamentarians will vote en bloc and support Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as the Prime Minister,” read the statement that was undersigned by BN chairman and Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

According to the statement, the decision to get behind Muhyiddin was made today following a BN Supreme Council meeting that took place earlier today.

This comes after Parliament Speaker Tan Sri Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof accepted a submission by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad for a no-confidence motion to be tabled in Dewan Rakyat, but did not specify a date for the vote to be called.

The next sitting is slated to take place on May 18 and is scheduled to convene for only one day, with the next session set to begin in July.

Meanwhile, on the topic of formalising and registering PN as an official coalition, BN today said the decision will have to go through some deliberation first.

“In regards to the formal registration of PN as an official part as previously proposed, BN is of the view than BN must go through certain processes within its own component parties,” read the statement.
