Is SIA share price supposed to drop by almost 1¢ every single SGX trading day? (Assuming there are 57.2 SGX trading days in 3 months).

Since the company reported in its Q1, FY20-21 that it lost a conservative 57.2¢ per share in 3 months? (Non conservative measurement will be 68.7¢/ share in 3 months).

This seems like a hell lot $ burned/lost are these accounts accurate? Is there a typo / miscalculation somewhere?

SIA tried to tell the whole that we are so bloody successful to make people spend $600 for airplane meals in tight seatings.

Many of those are just trying to use up their credit card mileages that are due to expire. Likewise why is there a long queue are robinsons? It is not because their stuff are cheap but because customers want to use up their robinson vouchers and OCBC Robinson card points.

People still care about the SGX, now deemed worse than the stock exchange in Thailand? LOL!

If u think ppl are suddenly go back to flying pre-covid once there’s a vaccine, then u are sadly mistaken.

1) budget tightening in an uncertain climate means that companies will probably advise against travel unless absolutely required

2) the new way of working. The past few months have shown that business discussions can still be run via online conferencing even though it lacked the human touch

The only positive lining is low energy cost. That will mean the cost aspect at least is lower.
