I cannot recall there is such term and condition in the contract i had signed when I opened an a/c and put my money in a bank, that bank
can refuse me from drawing my money freely unless I can produce
a medical certificate to prove that i am mentally healty enought to
process such matter...

It is interesting to find out how court will rule the case between OCBC and the retired teacher whose 9M fund was frozen

OCBC is reacting over the limit!!!
9m is a large sum of $$$$$ if withdraw
it leave a big hole in the account, Manager of the branch
is answerable, so why not freeze the account!

Just like PAP holding our CPF deposits at their whims & fancies. Singapore law sucks! That is why we said no democracy. If this happened in China, PAP will all run road due to massive protest and killings.
