This is what having balls is.

When you have balls, you will be unvaccinated. When you have balls, you will not allow smart meter to be installed outside your home. When you have balls, you will not let Facebook banned you. You make effort to stand on your rights and earn back your rights.



I got back my facebook account, but that is after I took the matter to the High Court of Singapore. The Honourable SG Courts grants us an ex parte emergency hearing, and Justice Chan Seng Onn issued Court Order to order Facebook - that our accounts cannot be deleted.

The next hearing is 20 Jan 2025, but I am happy that before that hearing, we received a "without prejudice" letter from Allen & Gledhill, seemingly their appointed legal representation in Singapore. They have in this letter, indicated that our accounts have been restored - To their credit, Facebook is acting beyond what the Court Order has ordered them to do.

At this point, I still sincerely believe that Facebook had made an earlier decision to disable our accounts because some woke employees working there feel that there is a need to ban our accounts basing on some self "invented" value system. It does not help when Calvin Cheng also declared "Mission Cybersecurity Accomplished" when our accounts are disabled.

While our accounts are presently restored, the legal proceedings are however not over yet. There are still outstanding issues.

I wish to approach this still with a view to achieve win-win with Facebook. I believe that Facebook Singapore may be potentially influenced by the negative elements to disable our accounts, and I would continue on this proceeding to weed the influence away from Facebook, thereby achieving the aim of improving Facebook together with Facebook.

These following parts very balls, everyone should behave like that when your rights is taken advantage of.

Since this proceeding has already started and not ended merely because our accounts are restored, I am going to use this opportunity to demand that Facebook provide all the information of those who have defamed us, so that we may initiate defamation proceedings against all those who are involved.

I will be taking legal actions on these people. By allowing Facebook to reveal all the information about them.

Facebook has improved itself by severing their working ties with fact checkers who are politically motivated. Time to improve further by suing these "fact checkers" in the Court of Law. Let them tell their "facts" in the Court of Law.

So for those of you who missed this, cos we were kicked out of Facebook for no rhyme or reason, except some cybersecurity bullshit, this is how we got our accounts back, by suing Meta Platforms in the US.

Currently, they have restored our accounts and wants us to vacate the 20th and 27th Jan hearing. But I think there are more than this issue regarding Facebook so we are Not quite done.
