Singapore owns the cables?

Don't know who owns the cables

However Temasek must have some stake since it has bought so many of Asia's telcom service providers.

Is it too much to ask our telcom providers to provide updates on the situation

Part owner. As far as I know all the unable sea cables going via Taiwan are joint ventures by a couple of providers(same goes for almost all undersea cables of this nature) Same goes for the ones going via Australia
