My goodness, times have changed.

hahah, i guess the profits is much higher in the renovation business than selling sports car these days. When there is delay in completion, the ID will just keep on sleeping with the hubbies.

well, i asked the interior designer to design my pad, master bedroom no less, shouldn't i test out the ambience and furniture that ID has recommended as part of giving customer feedback? And to test, i need to properly test it in real time settings, simulating the actual thing as close as possible.

Otherwise, how i can give accurate feedback and receive improvement?

PAP policies have caused this state of horrible affairs in Singapore

1. Profit margins are high, these are low-costs perks from ID firms.
2. Usually wives have a lot of opinions when it comes to renovation. So need to seduce the hubbies to tame the wives.
