About 15 of the terrorists sneaked out and merged with the crowd after causing the most damage.
Even an idiot will be able to tell you that if the carnage at the taj Hotel lasted 3 days you cannot have one lone terrorist or even three of them.
Even the terrorists will have to sleep after the first 24 hours.
Most of it was an inside job.
That is why it took the corrupt Indian forces such a long time to react.
Just look at the Indian police and they reek of corruption.
