SINGAPORE: An Indian couple who were onboard Star Cruises' SuperStar Virgo fell into the sea on Monday whilst en route to Penang.
Star Cruises said the woman has been rescued and is now in a stable situation in the clinic onboard the ship.
The search and investigation for the male passenger is still in progress.
Star Cruises said that the standard searching procedure has been completed by its vessel and the Search and Rescue Operation will be handed over to local authorities.
They added that further details will be updated when appropriate. - CNA/vm
