India has a trump card that will fuck up china ...Dalai Lama,all India has to do is recognise Tibet as an independent state and Dalai Lama as the head of state ..and Dalai Lama is the most revered person among the Tibetans .

If Dalai Lama to run a Tibetan government in exile where he lives in India ,and say India with US and other European givernment recognises it as a sole legitimate Tibetan government ..than its easier to arm the Tibetans to wage a gureiilla war with China ...Tibet is a long and inhospitable terrain in the Himalayas ...logistic wise China will be overstretched ..just like Napolesn and Hitler lost to the Soviets .
the Tibetans being a mountainous people will adopt quite well to to fighting in such a terrain ..
