(The India-Australia CECA had about 9 rounds of negotiations between the two countries since 2011 but to little avail; the process is ongoing.
It's similar with the India-New Zealand CECA, from 2010 and after many rounds of negotiations, still no agreement on CECA.
India pulled out of RCEP, the world's largest FTA, at the last moment because many of the member countries will not accommodate India's insistence of the liberal movement of her workers across countries.)
