RESIDENTS of one of Singapore's oldest condos, Arcadia, could make history in their efforts to seek a lease top-up for their 33-year-old estate - but they do not want to enbloc it.
The Singapore Land Authority (SLA) has turned down the request but the residents are not giving up. They want to preserve the project, which was ahead of its time when it was built by Chua Ka Seng & Partners.
