Idiots of the Month - Peasant Tan & Samtani
Peasant Tan and Arjun were smug peasants in Horizon Towers recently. They figured out that HPL's big time legal purse will force their dissenting tormentors to give up their 'silly fight' to cancel the en bloc sale of Horizon Towers. Indeed, inept judgement claimed there were no conflict of interests when both greedy Tan and Samtani both purchased additional units on the sly.
That was not to be as more legal houses got involved and the case ended up in the Kangaroo Court of Appeal. The Mouthpiece subtly hinted that almost ALL notable members of the legal fraternity was involved at some point in time and the Kangaroo Court of Appeal had no choice but overturn the previous silly judgment.
Kah Gee and Arjun are indeed idiots or naive peasants (both applies to them) as any primary school boy can attest a conflict of interest did exist in this case. Both are now licking their wounds and will be busy thinking of new ways to service their new loans. They deserve no sympathy for their greed and dishonesty.
Peasant Tan Kah Gee and Arjun Samtani both proved that when it comes to stupidity, the regime's lackeys and minions do not have monopoly over it. If they submit this sad sob story as a Phd legal case study, any decent degree mill will gladly confer them doctorate degrees as consolation.
