Were they overweight when they joined the ICA? If so, how did they clear the interview and whatever training needed?

If they got overweight while serving, wow, must be a good life then. Only now then realise the need to tackle the problem. Better late than never I suppose.

Ha...sitting there just stamping passport of course will gain weight. Maybe they should implement system like the police. Must pass IPPT to be promoted. This will force them to exercise.
