I woke up at 5am. I couldn't sleep anymore. I think we went to sleep too early at 9pm last night after making love.
And so I can't be waking my new GF up to have sex again. Also, the last time I try to wake up my ex GF for sex early in the morning, I was severely told off and reprimanded.
So I changed into my running attire and decided to run. Started at around 6am and completed around 7am.
I did approximately 10km. Timing was around 59mins 47seconds. Not a very good timing I think I did better when I was younger in my 20s and fitter. This pace @6mins per km is really bad..Quite sucky timing
Now I am starting to believe that sex or masturbation is bad for fitness.
Do Sammyboyers have the same experience or similar belief?
