And I can't go back to sleep now as I am wide awake.

It felt like a dream, or it was a dream that is so real.

As you all know, I posted before that the doctor said I have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.

At 5am, I dreamt that I had an heart attack. The pain was so excruciating on my left chest. It felt like someone stabbed me with a dagger and I just collapsed in slow motion to the ground only to wake up now in cold sweat and wondering if all these were real.

Is this all a sign that I may die soon?

Perhaps.

Do you have the pain during the time you woke up ? Usuallee the cause of our body will cause us to dream of that thing eg when hide tide will dream going toilet etc

I had another sudden sharp chest pain after posting the thread. This time I swear that I was fully awake. It felt like someone shot an arrow at my left chest.

I quickly sat down and told myself to breathe normally as the pain was terrible. Then within 10 minutes, I felt normal again and didn't feel anymore pain. Not even mild pain at all. It's all so strange.

Then I quickly changed and took Grab to A&E, just in case I end up collapsing alone at home.

I reached here around 7.15 am. The emergency doctor saw me and ordered some.blood tests.

They literally just took my blood.and told me to wait for blood test results.

i also my heart funny feeling after 2nd jab for 2 weeks. also went A&E.

also did blood test, chest xray. end up doc couldnt find anything wrong. booked appointment with specialist clinic at the hosp. end up i never go.

see how, if the a&e doc say nothing wrong then maybe u request go see the specialist there lor

Bhai,

Next ttime, call ambulance.!
Its included in your A&E bill and ward charges.

Sharp pain at heart is extremely serious.
Call ambulance.

Any cardiologist attended to you?
Did they suggest any medical heart device to be installed?
Like AICD, Pacemaker?

Are you prescribed any GTN?

Bhai,

Blood test to check your enzymes.

No Xray?

ECG?
CXR, ECG and Blood Test all done.

TropT level is above the range. The cardiologist has warded me. I think my end is coming soon.

My uncle did a quick check :

High troponin levels can indicate a problem with the heart. The heart releases troponin into the blood following an injury, such as a heart attack. Very high troponin levels usually mean that a person has recently had a heart attack. The medical term for this attack is myocardial infarction.

Take care BCM hope is a false alarm.
Please update sbf

I am still in hospital. Did a Heart CT scan, Heart Ultrasound scan. I am still very young in my mid 30s. So I think I will survive even it's a heart attack.

If you are writing your will let me know so I can send u my bank account info.

Pls pm hospital bed and @Leongsam @zhihau will leeleever well wishes flower bouquet to you.
I have been discharged.

All the scans do not show I have any myocardial infarction or heart attack despite "the arrow shot into my heart" early yesterday's morning.

My arteries are not blocked despite the out of range TropT level.

I guess this is why it is called paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.

I have been prescribed Cardiprin to take daily as a precaution.

I will see the cardiologist again in a month's time if I am still alive.
