Civil Servants get discounts, and Singapore Civil servants can afford it. Why not, some can go 5 mths leave and take up French cooking!.

Can put ah ma & ah kong there, family can go visit them, children can enjoy the theme parks, ah pa & mammy, can go casino(run by ants till u c), go pub, go spa, go....
