I think it is time to stop calling drugs like Comirnaty as vaccines. They are immuno-primers. Immunotherapy

It is an interesting concept however.
Because all these while the anti-vaxx movement has enjoyed the fruits of the vaccination program. Majority vaccinate. They do not get infected. They do not spread the virus. Hence antivaxxers rode on the coat tails of the people who got the vaccines.
Now with this mRNA immunotherapy, the ones who are treated do not get as sick. Well some do (as even in vaccination some still get breakthrough infection). But most are mild symptoms or asymptomatic.
However.......the ones who got treatment will STILL spread and transmit covid to the untreated!
Voila! The untreated have higher morbidity and mortality.
Stop calling them antivaxxers. It is not vaccination. They are just exercising patient autonomy and rejecting immunotherapy for covid-19.

Rather than not calling it a vaccine the CDC changed the definition of what a vaccine is.

The powers that be clearly avoided the word immunization because the vaccine does not confer immunity. Why use another term with the same base word?
