wholly shit, 600 bucks for 3 month's supply?

no wonder healthcare is expensive in SGP!

i rather die than to be a financial slave for MIWs!!!

Almost $200 jump in long-term medication for mum

MY MOTHER has suffered from dementia for the past 12 years. As diagnosed by her geriatric doctor at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, she takes 10mg Memantine tablets every day to slow down the deterioration caused by her illness.

For the past 12 years, we have paid $400 for a three-month supply of Memantine. Since the middle of this year, due to a price increase for this imported medicine, we now pay $597 for the same medicine.

I asked a pharmacist at the hospital if there was any possibility of the Government subsidising such medication, but she advised that as it was imported, there was no subsidy.

Although I can still afford to pay for it, I will face difficulty if prices keep increasing, and I do not want to compromise the health of my mother.

Don't eat medicine may be suddenly recover, eat medicine die slowly. If medicine cannot cure you it is likely it may kill you.

boh lah, why europe got 'free healtcare' because many of them bought govt. subsidized health insurance mah...a few hundred per month deducted from your salary...can cover your wife and children too!!

after that, free entry to clinics and hospitals..covers everything.......from hospitalization to surgeries...see doctor also free..okay maybe medicine which cost 10-20 bucks you pay by yourselves..prescribed from outpatient treatment..

if you want private room with single bed, only cost 50 euros per day..otherwise 10 euro per day :D

what do you think?? wu hua bo?
