vivo 自去年開始就發放出 APEX 為命名的概念手機，而根據去年的經驗，APEX 所展示出的各種技術都會在當年的旗艦機中一一實現，如去年展示出來的 APEX 就有升降鏡頭以及屏下指紋等賣點，最後亦在後面推出的 NEX 中一一實現。而今年 CES 展示的 APEX 2019 就剛剛傳到香港展示，而今年 APEX 2019 據聞全球只有 15部，可以說是非常罕有，今日 Sky 亦都第一手為大家在香港簡直測試一下。
APEX 2019 官方基本上沒有公佈任何規格資料，由現場所見 APEX 2019 的屏幕估計為 6.4吋左右，而且沒劉海亦沒有水滴更沒有挖孔，所以是真正的全面屏幕，不過相對亦沒有了前置的鏡頭。屏幕解析度為 2340×1080。
這樣看屏幕的邊框感覺好像很厚。
細心看就會發展，其實很厚的邊框其實是透明的玻璃包住了機身。
機底的下巴已經很細，與 NEX 雙屏版無異。
APEX 2019 不單止有屏下指紋，而且更是屏下全屏指紋，屏幕任意位置都可以解鎖。不單止全屏指紋，更是可以雙指紋，一次過錄入兩個指紋，任何一個手指都可以解鎖。(其實分開錄亦可以有這個效果啊)
沒有按鍵，要調節音量或關閉屏幕怎麼辦？機身側邊採用感應鍵設計，用力按下機身邊就可以調整音量，這個設計與 HTC U12+ 十分相似。
機身厚度其實十足，而且重量亦不低。
全玻璃一體機身設計，機身設計圓潤。
機背由於用一體化玻璃，邊框與機背更造成弧形，如水滴的感覺。
機背有雙鏡頭，官方沒有給出數據。
但現場測試中推斷，一個是正確廣角鏡頭，另一個就是超廣角鏡頭。
官方說機身全無孔設計，所以你是找不到充電的插口，只有機背上的這個充電接口。
這個就是 APEX 2019 的充電器，帶有磁力吸附，貼在機背上充電，但為什麼不直接用無線充電呢，估計原因有二，一個是無線充電太慢，支援不了快充需要，另一個原因就是會令本來已經厚的機身百上加斤。
沒有孔怎麼發聲，電話總得有聲吧？主體外放喇叭的發聲部份是屏幕發聲，但其實就在機身底部發出。而通話時的聽筒聲音就來自屏幕上方由微振動單元驅動屏幕發聲。
官方說機身零孔，的確我們在「機身」上找不到孔，不過 Sky 在屏幕玻璃下方這裡有一個超小超窄的開口。
這是官方唯一公佈開的數據，值得注意的有幾點，Snapdragon 855 處理器、12GB+512GB、支援 5G。
不過 APEX 2019 是不會量產的機型，而根據 vivo 產品經理張洪偉表示，如果真正推出產品(即新NEX)，會加入前置鏡頭滿足用戶，亦可能只推出 4G版本。
