'More tangible efforts must be employed to address the real fears.'
MR LOH NGIN SENG: 'I read with interest Ms Rachel Chang's article on Monday ('Life is tough at 24 with Us and Them'). In a bus I recently took from Rochor to Sembawang at 8pm, I felt like a stranger in my own country, so overwhelmed was I by the numerical superiority of foreigners. While I understand the economic need to have imported talent, more tangible efforts must be employed to address the real fears of the group identified in Ms Chang's article instead of merely quoting statistics. If not, there may be unexpected future political repercussions, given the growing number of eligible but disgruntled voters.'

this year no GE oredi !

who you voted for or your parents vote who last GE ???, Mr Loh !

I agree!!! Especially during weekend, if you happen to take Mrt at Orchard road, you will find that the number of foriegners are more than the locals. The numbers are so large to make you think that you are actually living in some foriegn country.I am not joking and i can really take video of it one day to show to you folks.
Damn disgusting to know that i am actually living in Singapore when everywhere i see, i can't spot any Singaporeans inside the Mrt!!!
