A one-bedroom unit at Midtown Modern is listed to appear at ERA’s next auction on March 27 with a $1.43 million guide price. The apartment spans about 474 sq ft on the condo’s 11th floor, reflecting a price of $3,017 psf. It will be sold with vacant possession.

A bank sale, this is the first time a unit at Midtown Modern has appeared for auction. Developed by GuocoLand Singapore, the 558-unit condo recently received its Temporary Occupancy Permit (TOP) in February.
 
Located along Tan Quee Lan Street in prime District 7, Midtown Modern consists of two 30-storey residential blocks with retail units on the first floor. There are a lot of resale leasehold atas condos near MRT in CBD which are priced below $2000psf.
 
1 bedroom unit? Good for singles who enjoy living in a shoebox. If single, just buy a fucking big HDB and live out the remaining lease of the 99 years. No offspring to pass down the property to anyway.
