How to train our soldiers to have balls?

So far most of our soldiers have no balls....

Any ideas on how to train them to become fearless soldiers so that we could invade Malaysia anytime we want to?

Even our Generals haven't seen body parts flying all around them and blood gushing like water fountains.....like Normandy landings..etc..

the present singapore army is full of scholars and fancy weapons. Which wars in the history of men that are won by book worms and fancy weapons alone?

1. Their hatred of their enemies is so great that is overcomes the natural human fear of death, pain or injury.
2. They are so brainwashed by a charismatic leader that they are prepared to die for the most stupid of reasons.

If there is war, sure they will surrender or fire squad by our officers.
