Since old fart wants to play God, like all ang mohs do, the ang mohs have 'preferences' votes where you can either vote 'one tick' for the party you want to choose or vote on preferences. That way you have more choices to vote on the individuals like voting in single constituency on preferences. From the counting you can see how voters prefer to votes on their preferences.
I don't think old fart is going to do this way becos he is also afraid if his votes is not 100% swing. Anything less than 90%, like in his academic acheivement it is only honor/distinction and nothing else, is a shame to him.
